Established in November 2019 in Pune, India.
WINSIA Life Sciences specializes in nutraceutical formulation development. Our core objective is to create differentiated, safe, effective, and high-quality nutraceutical products across multiple therapeutic areas.
At WINSIA, our primary focus is on patient compliance. We channel our formulation knowledge and R&D capabilities to design products that are easy to consume, highly effective, and scientifically validated.
In addition to product development, WINSIA provides consulting services to the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors. Our core team has diversified experience in research and development for regulated markets, the domestic market, and ROW (Rest of World). We help clients develop better-quality products by extrapolating formulation science used in regulated markets, ensuring improved safety, stability, and efficacy.

About the Founder & CEO – Manjusha Joshi
Leading 31 Years of Excellence in Advanced Formulation Development and Product Innovation
Manjusha Joshi, Founder and CEO of WINSIA Life Sciences, is a highly accomplished formulation development expert with over 31 years of experience in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product development. She has successfully developed more than 300 products across a wide range of dosage forms, demonstrating deep technical expertise and innovation in formulation science. During her leadership roles as Head of Formulations at Emcure Pharma and Sai Life Sciences, she managed and guided a strong team of 120 scientists, driving advanced R&D projects for both domestic and multinational regulated markets. Her scientific contributions include 30 patent applications and 3 research publications, reflecting her commitment to creating high-quality, compliant, and impactful formulations. Under her leadership, WINSIA continues to deliver science-driven solutions and differentiated nutraceutical products for global markets.
