Leucine, isoleucine, and valine are three essential branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) not produced by the body and, thus, should be exogenously consumed.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are oxidized in the muscle and result in stimulating anabolic signals—which in turn optimize performance, body composition, and recovery.

Acknowledging the importance of protein in the diet of athletes and its potential influence in the sports environment, we have introduced a sachet product of BCAA, which is to be reconstituted in water before consumption. We aim at achieving better consumer compliance by offering a palatable drink with an optimum dose of these amino acids.
