REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may claim for the refund in case of following conditions:
1. Damaged Product.
2. Defective Product.
3. Wrong Product.
4. Item does not match product description.
5. Entire product missing from box is not tampered.
6. Shipping box is damaged or tampered.
7. Products that are expired.

PROCESS

All the claims for refund must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All the claims for refund must be with respect to items that are new and in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To claim the refund, please email us at customercare@winsia.co.in.

Please include photos/ pictures of the items for which refund is to be issued along with the appropriate reason for refund and bill of purchase

REFUNDS

After receiving the complaint and inspecting, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your complaint to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
